At first I was very reluctant to use the lift. After taming it, the lift changed my relationship with transfers. I now feel safe, for me and the people who are assisting me. I adopted my lift. Thanks to the whole team.

When the person from the CLSC talked to me about adapting my house, filling out forms, finding a contractor, etc. I was scared. How could anyone at my age, and with limited mobility, could do all that? You have changed my life. And now, because of the ramp you built, I can go outside. My neighbor is even a little envious.
I cried so much because I could not easily move my little Gaspard. He was confined to his bed all day. He is now too tall and heavy for me to move him around by myself. Now, thanks to the ceiling lift, I can lift him up, put him in its chair and, above all, take him outside. A big thank-you!
Types of projects / Adaptation
Kitchen modification
A person in a wheelchair must have access to his kitchen, be able to prepare food on an accessible counter, have access to a sink, reach his utensils, etc. We must review the entire organization of the kitchen, ensure that it is fully functional and carry out the work. We have a professional team that can modify a kitchen thoroughly to include all the necessary changes to provide the wheelchair user with a useful, pleasant and safe living environment.
Bathroom modification
Your bathroom should not be overlooked when it comes to safety! It is strongly recommended to remove your bathtub to install a shower without threshold, to install support bars, to modify your toilet seat, etc. Our team is able to carry out this work and offer you a safe bathroom, based on your needs and your tastes.
Ceiling lift installation
The ceiling lift is a fixed installation. The motor is suspended from a rail fixed to the ceiling structure or held against it by posts. The path may be straight or partially curved. The hoist motor is inserted into the rail and, like a winch, wraps and unrolls the lifting strap. The hoist is securely attached to the strap by a hanger or cradle. The Reno+Medic team is particularly renowned for its expertise in the installation, maintenance and repair of rail-mounted lever.
